The small holiday home (130 m², max. 6 Persons) 

Our smaller holiday home offers you its three floors for everything you need in a relaxing vacation. The cottage was once reserved to the milkers of Rechetsberg Manor, and it has been called "the Swiss-home" up to today, because many diary workers came from Switzerland at that time.

It has been renovated with a lot of love recently and it now offers space for up to 6 persons. Right from the doorstep, the exquisite, virgin nature is in direct sight. And in good weather the mountains seem to move closer. The garden furniture and the grill are, of course, at your disposal. Even in bad weather you can still enjoy your vacation peacefully in the stylish cottage. In the fully equipped kitchen you can find all you need, including a microwave.

A dining area next to the kitchen offers room for 6 persons and a fireplace offers cosiness even on cold winter days. A comfortable living room invites you to a relaxed chat or to pleasant TV evenings. A DVD-player is available, thus you can play your own films. You can also spend the evening in the "relaxation zone from under the roof"; a small fireplace and a mini stereo system await you there...and from the roof window you also have a wonderful view on the garden that surrounds the house.

The three double bedded rooms are equipped with first class slated frames, which allow individual adjustment of the firmness levels. The mattresses are "7-zone" cold foam mattresses with stiffness level 3. Altogether you have 3 bathrooms at your disposal: two small ones, each equipped with shower enclosure, toilet and washbasin and a large one that offers space for two washbasins, a toilet and a bathtub.

If the holiday homes are rented for vacation, no big events will take place in the manor-house, in order to ensure our guests’ privacy and comfort.
