- Generally, the holiday homes can only be booked for a minimum of 3 nights, respectively to the week-end charge.
- On holiday periods they can be rented only by the week.

-49 days preceding your check-in date: 10% cancellation charges
-35 days preceding your check-in date: 30% cancellation charges
-21 days preceding your check-in date: 60% cancellation charges
-14 days preceding your check-in date: 90% cancellation charges
